Products and orders

Product listings with an enabled checkout are offered for sample purchase. Wholesale or custom production prices, quantities, specifications, lead times, and freight are agreed separately in a written quotation. Product photos and descriptions are provided to help you choose; please contact us before ordering if a specification is critical to your project.

Prices and payment

Sample product prices are displayed in USD and exclude shipping unless expressly stated. The shipping charge and full order total are shown before you place an order. You will only be charged through payment methods actually offered at checkout. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If we cannot fulfill it, we will contact you and refund any payment collected.

Shipping, duties, and returns

We currently ship online sample orders to eligible addresses in the contiguous United States. Shipping availability, charge, and any applicable taxes are shown before payment. WindSpeed Home bears the agreed import duties, import taxes, and customs declaration cost for these sample orders; we do not request additional freight or customs payment after checkout. Delivery terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, returns, and refunds are described in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Use of the site

You agree to provide accurate order and delivery information and not misuse this site. We may correct obvious errors and will notify you if an error affects an order before fulfillment, with an option to cancel for a full refund.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you in your place of residence. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
