Small-Batch Customization
Adapt one of our designs or develop furniture from your drawing or sample. Existing designs are also available for wholesale.
Priced Materials and Size Options
For small-batch orders, our published pegboard options include plywood panels with beech pegs in two-panel (US$5.90–7.38 per unit) or four-panel (US$11.65–14.62 per unit) layouts, and solid elm with brass-tone pegs in a two-panel set (US$11.48–14.37 per set). Prices vary by order quantity. The full material, specification and three-tier USD price table also covers other existing furniture models. Changes outside those listed options are reviewed with the factory and quoted separately in writing.
Two Ways to Start
Start with an Existing Product
Choose one of our current products as a starting point and tell us what you would like to change.
Bring Your Own Design
Share a drawing, photo, sample, or written brief. We’ll review whether the design can move toward sampling.
1. Tell Us What You Need

Share the product or idea, estimated quantity, target market, requested changes, packaging needs, and preferred timing. If some details are still unclear, send what you have. We’ll help identify what is missing.
2. Review the Options Together

We review the materials, dimensions, structure, hardware, finish, function, packaging, and quality requirements. Then we explain what is feasible, what may need adjustment, and what information is needed before quoting.
3. Approve the Sample and Details

When a sample is needed, we make it based on the agreed specifications. You review the sample, and we confirm any final changes before production.
4. Production, Quality Check, and Delivery

Production follows the approved sample and specifications. We check the agreed details during production and packing, then confirm the delivery arrangements for the project.
What We Confirm Together
The exact details vary by product. Before either side commits, we confirm:
- What can be changed
- MOQ and pricing
- Materials, finish, and hardware
- Sample requirements and approval
- Packaging requirements
- Production timing and delivery arrangements
You do not need to have every detail finalized before contacting us. Send what you have, and we’ll help you understand the next step.
