We make furniture in our own factory in Ningbo, China, for brands, retailers, and online sellers. We offer our existing designs for wholesale and small-batch custom manufacturing.
Before production, we work through the materials, construction, finish, and packaging with you, so we both know what to expect.
Materials, Construction & Finish
The right details depend on how the product will be used. We review the materials, dimensions, joints, hardware, and finish with that use in mind.
If a requested change could affect strength, assembly, cost, or timing, we’ll explain the trade-offs and discuss what is practical.
Agreeing on the Details
A sample, drawing, or material reference helps us agree on the details before production. We confirm which references and approval steps are needed for your project.
Wood grain, color, and finish can vary. We’ll discuss the relevant differences and agree on acceptable references or ranges.
If you need a change after approval, we’ll review its effect on the product, price, and schedule before moving ahead.
Product Checks & Packaging
We agree on the checks needed for your product. These may include dimensions, finish, hardware fit, assembly, and function.
Packaging is reviewed alongside the product and shipping method. We’ll also confirm which photos, checklists, or other records can be provided, and at what stages.
If your market or sales channel requires testing or documentation, tell us early. We’ll review what needs to be verified before confirming the project.
If Something Isn’t Right
Peter is your main point of contact. If you notice a problem with your order, send him the order details, clear photos, and a short description of what you found.
He’ll review the issue with the factory, explain the findings, and discuss the next steps with you based on the issue and the agreed order terms.
