Returns and Refunds

These terms apply to sample purchases from WindSpeed Home, operated by Windspeed International Limited.

Cancellation before dispatch

Contact us before your order is handed to the carrier to cancel it. We will refund the full amount paid, including the outbound shipping charge, to the original payment method.

Change-of-mind returns

Request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Standard sample items must be unused, in resalable condition, with their accessories and original packaging where reasonably possible. Contact us first for return instructions and include your order number. For a change-of-mind return, you pay the return shipping; the original outbound shipping charge is not refundable. Custom or made-to-order items with individually agreed specifications are not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless stated otherwise in the quotation.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your sample arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover reasonable return shipping where a return is required. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide the correct return instructions. We cannot accept freight-collect parcels.

Refund timing

We initiate an approved refund within 5 business days after a pre-dispatch cancellation or after receiving and inspecting a returned item. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to credit your account. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
